Our doctors and nurses are dedicated and highly-educated health care professionals. All Bloomfield care givers are Certified Nursing Assistants. The quality of our care is well-known for medical complexity, sophisticated intervention and IV therapy. Our two Alzheimer's/Memory Loss Units are staffed with highly-trained Resident Assistants.  Plus, a Registered Nurse is available in the facility 24 hours a day.
We work hard to maintain our high-quality services. We participate in the National CHRSA Quality Initiatives Project and regularly achieve deficiency-free Federal and State of Wisconsin inspection reports. Additionally, we work closely with the Veterans Administration (VA) as one of the few facilities that provides contract services to veterans.
Bloomfield understands the need for companionship and community and works hard to foster it. Activities and daily planning provide fun and fulfilling days. Residents are encouraged to find activities they truly enjoy - gardening, baking, church - and pursue them to the extent they wish. We know that there is nothing more rewarding than doing something you like with people you love.
